How do I know the land title deed is genuine?
Before any plot goes on our website we carry out an official search at the lands registry. We repeat the search with you before you pay anything, so you see the results yourself.
Where does Rhokawi Properties sell land?
We sell plots in fast-growing areas around Nairobi, including Kitengela, Ruiru, Juja, Athi River, Syokimau, Kamulu and Utawala, and on request in Ngong, Rongai, Kiserian, Thika and Machakos.
Do you offer free site visits?
Yes. We pick you up and drive you to view several plots or houses in one trip, free of charge. Call or WhatsApp 0713 952 981 to book.
Can I pay for a plot in instalments?
Many of our plots can be paid for in instalments over a few months. Ask us about the payment plan for the plot you like.
Do you manage rental property for landlords?
Yes. We find and vet tenants, collect rent, handle repairs and send you a monthly statement. We also help landlords file monthly rental income tax with KRA.
Do you have Airbnb stays near JKIA and at the coast?
Yes. We host furnished apartments in Syokimau, a short drive from JKIA: one at Indesign Makumbi Park near the 67 Airport Hotel, and one behind Gateway Mall with a swimming pool and gym.
